Canon EOS 90D
The
Canon EOS 90D SLR is designed for the photography enthusiast looking to
make even higher quality photos and videos. No matter the type of
photography – sports, wildlife, action – with the 32.5 MP CMOS sensor
you will shoot crystal clear photos in RAW or film in 4K at 30 fps or
Full HD 120 fps. On top of that, the camera has a 45-point AF system
with only cross-type focus points. For accurate focus or following
subjects within a wide field of view, the AF-point can be selected
individually or grouped in fields. This gives you more control over the
composition, no matter the subject in your frame. When using lens
combinations with small apertures, 27 F8-compatible AF-points will
ensure the right focus, even in the most extreme situations. New is the
Eye Autofocus, which allows you to focus on an eye and follow it, to
always take a clear image. Thanks to the DIGIC 8 image processor, the
Canon EOS 90D is a true powerhouse. You can photograph at a speed of up
to 11 images per second. Built-in WiFi and Bluetooth not only allow you
to remotely operate your camera, but also to effortlessly transfer
photos and videos to your tablet or smartphone.
Canon EF-S 18-135mm F/3.5-5.6 IS USM
The
Canon EF-S 18-135mm F/3.5-5.6 IS USM is perfectly suited for the
versatility of the EOS 90D and offers powerful AF performance. The lens
has the focal range to take both wide-angle and close-up shots. This is
Canon’s first lens with Nano USM focusing technology, for smooth, silent
AF when shooting video and impressive AF speed when taking photos.
Nano
USM is a newly developed motor system for lenses, which combines the
smoothness and silence of an STM (Stepping Motor) with the speed of the
Canon ring-type USM (Ultrasonic Motor). The focus ring of the EF-S
18-135mm IS USM is up to 2.5 times faster at wide-angle and up to 4.3
times faster at telephoto, compared to the previous model, the EF-S
18-135mm IS STM.
The Nano USM unit has a flexible metal housing
and a ceramic power element. By applying a change of the frequency and
phase of the high-frequency voltage on the ceramic power element,
control of both the direction of rotation as the rotation speed is
achieved. This combination of frequency and phase control, together with
a control algorithm provides for a drive system of lenses that is
perfect for photography and video recordings.
